In 2024, Taco released his debut solo album, "The Forbidden Sound." The entire album was completed in collaboration with Chinese producers. "Forbidden" refers both to the talent and emotions that were once silenced, and also subtly alludes to a voice that is suppressed and not allowed to be too loud – this album, outside of the mainstream noise, leaves a very clear mark for the new generation of Chinese rap and Chinese underground music. Next, Taco is preparing his second solo album, "in 55!w!", aiming to further break down the boundaries between the underground and mainstream music scenes. While maintaining his sharp, honest, and self-demanding approach, he also strives to remain humble and open, collaborating with more cities and producers, pushing himself onto a bigger stage, and bringing the authentic experiences of his generation into louder and more complete works.
